Responsibilities and duties of the Senior Engineering Manager role
Reporting to the Director of Projects, you will:
Have accountability for technical delivery of projects to a variety of programmes.
Develop and support in bid/project management.
Hold recruitment responsibilities.
Act as an interface with clients.
Ensure the continual update of engineering libraries.
Liaise with clients, principal project engineers and key stakeholders.
Key skills required for the Senior Engineering Manager role
A degree or HND in an engineering related discipline
Experience operating in a senior capacity across the delivery of engineering relates projects.
Mechanically biased
Managerial experience.
Salary and benefits of the Senior Engineering Manager role
A base salary between £75,000 - £80,000 per annum.
