Senior Finance Manager - Management Accounts

We're looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead Management Accounts across our Corporate & Consumer divisions. This is a highly visible role where you'll bring together technical expertise, leadership, and commercial insight while playing a key part in our ongoing finance transformation.
You'll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking Finance function that values continuous improvement, innovation, and development. In this role, you'll lead a critical finance function with real business impact, help shape and improve processes as part of a major transformation programme, and work closely with senior stakeholders.
What's the Role
* Lead management accounting across the divisions
* Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in line with FRS 102.
* Partner with FP&A and senior stakeholders to explain performance and key drivers
* Oversee month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting processes
* Ensure strong balance sheet control and risk management
* Play an active role in finance transformation, including automation, systems and process improvements
* Act as a key contact for the audit process
* Embed controls, policies, and governance frameworks
* Develop and support a high-performing, collaborative team
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and insight
* Deputise for the Head of Management Accounts when required
What Can You Offer
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
* Strong experience in a management accounting or financial reporting leadership role within a complex or multi-divisional environment
* Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate accounting teams
* Confidence working with large datasets and multiple systems
* Experience supporting finance transformation or system implementation programmes
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence and challenge senior leaders
* High attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger commercial picture
* A proactive, collaborative approach and focus on continuous improvement
