We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior staff within a busy and fast-paced legal environment. This is an exciting opportunity ideally suited to a law graduate looking to gain hands-on experience, or an experienced administrator/secretary seeking a fresh challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative and organisational support to legal professionals
* Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
* Preparing legal documents and correspondence
* Handling confidential information with discretion
* Assisting with file management, document filing, and data entry
* Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams
Ideal Candidate:
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask
* A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
* Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is advantageous
* Legal studies or qualifications (preferred but not essential)
