We're here to help! POSITION OVERVIEW: ABM UK is seeking a dedicated and reliable window cleaner to join our team on a permanent basis. Working on a 5-over-7 rota pattern, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across all assigned areas in accordance with ABM's quality and safety protocols. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assess and identify cleaning requirements, promptly reporting any areas of concern to your supervisor Operate and maintain cleaning equipment correctly and safely Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment Deliver exceptional service to clients, responding efficiently to their requirements Complete all necessary equipment checks and inspections as required Maintain accurate and up-to-date paperwork and documentation Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team Work safely in compliance with company safety guidelines at all times ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Proven commercial window cleaning experience Ability and willingness to work at height Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Strong attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated reliability and punctuality Minimum age of 18 years Right to work in the UK with appropriate documentation DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES: Previous experience in commercial cleaning environments ABM UK is committed to maintaining the highest standards of service delivery and workplace safety.
