Thirteen Group is seeking passionate Touchpoint Advisors to join our call centre team, working from our head office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough. If you’re a pro at connecting with people, solving problems, and spreading positive energy, this may be your next role.
What’s the Job?
As a Touchpoint Advisor, you’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line or email helping our customers with their queries, complaints, and everything in between. You’ll be part of a team focused on delivering first-class customer experiences, collaborating to find the best solutions, even when things get tricky. We value ownership and making a difference. Currently, one role is available; however, if you meet the Thirteen standard at interview, you will be added to our talent pool and offered the next available Touchpoint Advisor roles without re-interviewing.
