The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Support Worker to join our dedicated team in delivering high-quality care across our Stroke Pathway. This role involves working alongside Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Nursing Staff, rotating between acute hospital care and a new Stroke Rehabilitation Unit.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily care activities, supporting patients in their rehabilitation, and documenting care provided. You'll be an integral member of the service, contributing positively to compassionate care delivery.
