We are recruiting a Customer Services Advisor for a successful company based in Kingswinford.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by ensuring efficient processing of all machine and accessory orders, from receipt to dispatch.
You will work closely with the UK management team to achieve the UK strategy and business goals.
Main duties include:
1. Ensuring all orders are entered into the CRM and confirmations sent within 3 working days.
2. Answering customer calls promptly and effectively, understanding their requirements and fulfilling actions.
3. Responding quickly and professionally to customer needs, taking ownership until issues are resolved.
4. Maintaining good customer relations through a professional, efficient, and helpful service.
5. Managing customer communication regarding order receipt, machine availability, delivery lead times, and dispatch confirmations.
6. Liaising with other departments for forecasting, stock allocation, and order confirmation.
7. Building relationships with key customers and advising on pricing and contract structures to ensure satisfaction.
8. Assisting with invoice queries and warranty returns, including documentation and requesting credits where applicable.
