We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, friendly, and comfortable managing a busy front desk environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
* Take accurate messages and distribute them via email
* Greet clients and contractors in a professional and welcoming manner
* Manage the sign-in and sign-out process for keys and fobs
* Accept and process cash payments from clients
* Open, date stamp, and sort incoming mail for distribution to departments
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office area at all times
Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
* Comfortable handling cash transactions accurately
* Professional demeanour and positive attitude
* Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
