The role
Long Term Locum Clinical Pharmacist in North West London on a 6 month contract starting ASAP on site, EMIS experience essential and ARRS aligned pay, paid weekly.
A well run and genuinely friendly GP surgery in North West London is looking for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join their team on a 6 month contract with an immediate start. This is a proper hands on role where you will be fully embedded into the practice, working closely with GPs, nurses and the wider PCN to support patient care and keep things running smoothly.
This is not a remote or box ticking position. You will be on site, seeing patients, prescribing, doing structured medication reviews and taking real ownership of your clinics. If you enjoy being part of a practice team rather than a ghost on a laptop, this one will suit you nicely.
What you will be doing
You will be running medication reviews and optimisation clinics, dealing with acute and repeat prescribing, supporting long term condition management and helping reduce GP workload in a meaningful way. You will be using EMIS daily, so you need to be confident and slick on the system.
What you need
You must be a qualified Clinical Pharmacist with GP surgery experience
You must be an independent prescriber
You must have solid EMIS experience
You must be happy working on site in a busy but supportive GP practice
