Main Duties:
15. Making warm calls to existing customers – NO COLD CALLING!
16. Manage inbound enquires from customers and identify opportunities to cross-sell products
17. Adhering to data protection
18. Working within a busy sales floor
19. Work towards sales targets
20. Confidently manage objections
21. Advise and sell company products and services
22. Manage CRM system and correctly enter customer data
Your working week would be:
23. Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm (with 1-hour breaks)
24. Every 3rd Saturday - 9am to 12:30pm
