Commercial Finance Manager Leading Consumer Brand £65,000 - £70,000 bonus & great benefits London offices - Hybrid 3 days office pw Role Overview As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial insight and strategic support to drive business performance. You’ll partner with key stakeholders across merchandising, operations, and marketing to deliver robust financial planning, analysis, and commercial insight. Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Deliver insightful monthly management reports with commentary and variance analysis. Partner with commercial teams to support pricing, promotions, margin analysis, and product performance. Conduct scenario modelling and business case analysis for new product launches, site openings, and strategic initiatives. Monthly board pack analysis. Set up modelling/ scenario analysis to assess sensitivity to numbers presented. Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor financial performance and drive accountability. Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Act as a key liaison between Finance and non-finance teams, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. Requirements Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Minimum 2 years' post-qualified experience, ideally within a retail, FMCG, or consumer-facing business. Strong commercial acumen and experience working closely with operational stakeholders. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Tableau). Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Proactive, self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
