As an Assistant Store Manager, you are the link between Store Management and the team.You bring positive energy to the sales floor, lead by example, and create a workplace that is fun, inspiring, and performance-driven whilst embodying the Company’s core values. You actively support recruiting, onboarding, and developing the team, ensuring smooth operations and a superior shopping experience together with Store Management. You analyse KPIs, develop long-term strategies, and motivate your team – because at Fossil, it’s Greater Together.
