The Role

We are looking for a Support Worker to join our floating support service in Hillingdon. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred support to people aged 18-25, ensuring their accommodation is maintained and their independence is promoted. The role involves conducting needs assessments, developing support plans, assisting with life skills development and working in partnership with external agencies to address a range of complex needs.
As a Support Worker, you will visit people in their home and within community settings to help?them to understand their options and navigate the services and support available to them.?
We are seeking?passionate individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and dynamic, solutions focused and have a keen interest in supporting people to improve their lives. Experience is a bonus, but not essential as full training will be provided.
