A welcoming and community-focused primary school in Willenhall is seeking an experienced Admin Receptionist to join their team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous school office experience who enjoys working in a busy, child centred environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact in a busy school reception
* Handling incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally
* Responding to general enquiries from parents, staff, and external visitors
* Using SIMS for pupil data, attendance, and general admin tasks
* Liaising confidently with parents, children, staff, and external agencies
* Providing general administrative support to the school office team
* Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed
Requirements
* Previous school office experience is essential.
* Confident using SIMS.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
* Must hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
* Available to start immediately and commit until the end of the academic year.
