The successful candidate will be joining a well-established and supportive team at their facility in Swadlincote.
Responsibilities
- Overall management of the projects team. - Promote a customer focused ethos within the team. - Ensuring all live projects run smoothly and are delivered successfully. - Hold regular progress meetings with the team and offer support as and when required. - Monitor teams' client meetings to ensure regular communication channels are open. - Liaise with other technical teams (Design / Estimating / Structural) to take overall control of the projects progress. - Carry out regular customer meetings to ensure customer support levels are being met. - Manage customer issues and resolve effectively. - Check technical drawings & calculations.
