As Financial Controller, you will take full financial responsibility for a multi-million-pound manufacturing operation, leading a small finance team and acting as a trusted advisor to the General Manager. You’ll oversee financial reporting, planning, compliance, and play a pivotal role in business strategy, commercial decision-making, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a team of two finance professionals.
* Deliver monthly reporting, forecasts, and strategic insight.
* Ensure financial control in line with GAAP and audit requirements.
* Oversee working capital management, including inventory and receivables.
* Drive business improvement with accurate, actionable financial information.
* Own budgeting, costing, and cycle count processes.
* Support implementation of new systems and Capex strategy.
* Partner with commercial teams on pricing and margins.
What You’ll Bring:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).
* Strong background in financial leadership
* Excellent knowledge of GAAP, financial systems, and internal controls.
* Skilled communicator, confident working with senior leadership.
* Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency.
* Strategic mindset with a hands-on, detail-focused approach.
