Our client, a top-tier US law firm located in the heart of the City of London, is seeking a proactive and professional Legal PA to join their Corporate - Funds team on a permanent basis.
What’s on Offer:
Competitive salary and excellent benefits package
Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Efficient diary, inbox, and travel management
Billing and expense processing
Document production – formatting, editing, and proofreading
Client liaison and relationship management
Opening and managing new clients and matters
Supporting business development initiatives and events
What We’re Looking For:
Previous Legal PA or Legal Secretary experience within a top City or US law firm
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
A confident, friendly, and self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team
