Join our team and make a real difference to schools. We are looking for a motivated and detail‑focused School Finance Administrator to join our experienced systems support team. In this role, you will provide high‑quality financial support to schools, helping them to utilise the schools financial management systems effectively. About the Role As a School Finance Assistant, you will: Complete Payroll Monitoring and entry of the payroll to the relevant finance system. Complete Monthly VAT Analysis for schools who purchase the Finance Support Service. Review Monthly Overtime Analysis for Schools. Administer tasks on our CRM. Update Monthly and Termly Task Spreadsheets. Support the Schools Finance Manager in the build of new finance databases. Handle email and telephone queries from customers/schools. Provide support to schools for FMS and Access Education Finance.
