This role offers a driven, salesy individual the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a highly lucrative package and an attractive schedule. Paying commissions of 10% for deals and 10% for instructions plus an additional 5% per month once you have hit your banking target, you have a real opportunity to drastically improve your earnings from your current role. The role Sales Negotiator Dealing with enquiries and registering applicants Arranging and attending viewings Identifying opportunities to generate new business Gaining instructions Liaising with vendors, landlords, investors and businesses Conducting sales progression Working closely with the team to achieve targets Experience/skills required Experience in an estate agency/ sales negotiator role Excellent communication skills Natural sales driven Great work ethic Driving licence and car Package/benefits Up to £22k basic salary pa.
