WINEP Regulatory Delivery Manager
Yorkshire Water are seeking a proactive leader to support the complex regulatory delivery of our biggest ever Water Industry National Environment Programme (WINEP).
What You’ll Do
* You’ll be the single point of contact for the Environment Agency for Yorkshire Water’s WINEP delivery programme, working closely with internal teams to ensure regulatory process requirements are met including reporting and sign‑offs.
* The role will be accountable for developing and implementing governance processes, influencing regulatory guidance, and championing process adherence and improvements for both WINEP and non‑WINEP environmental enhancement programmes.
* The role is accountable for tracking, reporting and escalating WINEP regulatory risks as well as providing technical guidance, leading key internal and regulatory progress meetings, and ensuring transparent communications to build confidence and trust across the business and with external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a heavily regulated industry (water sector experience desirable).
* Strong interpersonal, engagement and influencing skills.
* Business process mapping and improvement expertise (Six Sigma or equivalent).
* Analytical mindset, resilience, and self‑motivation.
* Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
* Proficiency with MS Excel (Power BI desirable).
* Membership of an appropriate professional institution (desirable).

Recruitment Process

Location & Working Arrangements
Hybrid Working – one to two days in the office each week; initially based in Bradford, moving to Leeds Valley Park in summer 2026.
Permanent full‑time, 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
