Please note that this is a fixed term contract for 12 months with the possibility of going permanent.

As an Applications Engineer, you'll play a vital role in managing the custom pricing process, delivering technical support, and leading improvement projects that impact both internal teams and external customers. Key responsibilities:
* Manage the costing process, ensuring modified product quotes are delivered within 72 hours and application quotes within three weeks.
* Conduct thorough project reviews for custom orders to meet client specifications and deadlines.
* Provide expert technical assistance for customers and support the sales team with product knowledge and problem-solving.
* Support basic product management activities, including literature review, marketing support, and maintaining product database accuracy.
* Foster positive relationships with both internal and external customers, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
* Contribute to improvement initiatives such as new product development, process optimisation, and documentation enhancement.
