Location: Close to Sevenoaks, with free on-site parking
Employment Type:
Part-time (2 full days, 8:30am–5:30pm), with cross-cover responsibilities and approximately 1 in 4 Saturdays as part of the Admin Team rota (working pattern subject to change in line with business needs).
Hours: Weekdays 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with approximately 1-in-4 Saturdays 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM

What You'll Do:
* Front Desk Management: Welcome patients, manage phone and email enquiries, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
* Appointment Coordination: Book and manage appointments, process payments, and handle prescription requests.
* Comprehensive Patient Care: Navigate patient care from start to finish, process referrals, contact hospitals, provide results for patients, and email patients regarding their care.
* Practice Promotion: Upsell the practice and its services, highlighting the value and benefits to patients.
* Administrative Support: Liaise closely with doctors, arrange quotes for ongoing investigations, deal with patient queries, and assist with various office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting is ideal.
* IT Proficiency: Strong IT skills are essential. You should be confident using computer systems, handling patient databases, managing emails, and navigating digital platforms efficiently.
* Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing abilities are required for managing patient records, email communication, and documentation.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a polite and professional phone manner.
* Organisational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Team Player: Ability to work well within a small team and cover staff holidays and sickness.
* Education: A high level of education or a graduate degree is highly desirable.
