We are looking for a Staff Nurse at our Ivetsey Bank service in Stafford.
Ivetsey Bank Hospital is a Tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) hospital for young people aged 12-18 with mental health conditions. We are committed to helping every individual feel safe, happy, and empowered to live their best life.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting and maintaining the health of patients/residents
* Assessing care and health education needs
* Developing, implementing, and evaluating care programmes, including discharge planning
* Gaining experience in clinical practice, facilitation, teaching, and management (as appropriate)
* Taking charge of the ward/department/unit in the absence of senior nursing staff after performance review
* Adopting a flexible approach to working hours to meet service needs over a 24-hour period
Requirements:
* A current NMC Pin registration - RMN, RNLD, RSCN
* Legal right to work in the UK
