We are now seeking a talented Account Manager with experience across the clothing industry.
You must have a high level of experience in B2B account management, along with good project management skills, and come from a textile or garment background. You should be a strong negotiator with a proven sales track record.
Your role:
Responsible for the ongoing account management and development of business clients, ensuring client contracts are retained and extended through relationship development and outstanding contract performance. This includes maintaining price files, stock management, accurate forecasting of customer spend, timely delivery of customer rollouts via project plans and internal communications, providing customer KPI reports, and adhering to SLAs. The Account Manager will also seek to grow sales organically and through cross-selling opportunities within existing clients.
