A leading luxury retail brand is looking for a
CRM & Data Strategy Analyst
to join their growing Data Strategy team. Sitting within the wider Marketing & Customer Insights function, you will play a key role in delivering data-led CRM initiatives, campaign reporting, and supporting the optimisation of marketing technologies across EMEA.
THE ROLE
As a CRM & Data Strategy Analyst, you will:
* Own the analysis and reporting of CRM and marketing activities, including campaign performance and database health.
* Manage BAU CRM campaigns such as weekly promotional emails, ensuring smooth setup and execution.
* Optimise processes and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency.
* Support senior analysts with ad hoc requests including audience segmentation and customer investigations.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive better customer experiences.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be successful, you will need:
* 2+ years' experience in Marketing, CRM, or Data Analytics.
* Strong SQL skills with experience querying customer databases.
* Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing tools such as Salesforce, Braze, or other ESPs.
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience using data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
