Job Title: Assistant Site Manager
Rate of Pay: £13.25 per hour
Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities
* Supervise all site-based operatives and oversee all aspects of their work to ensure it is undertaken to a high standard within current codes of practice.
* Carry out safety inductions and toolbox talks for operatives.
* Control the quality of work and ensure method statements and risk assessments are completed.
* Ensure all materials used, including those by sub-contractors, are compliant with technical and quality specifications.
* Keep materials and facilities clean and tidy, maintain the plant, and retain accurate records of all work carried out.
Qualifications and Experience
* Knowledge and understanding of CDM regulations.
* SMSTS Certificate (must obtain/have).
* Substantial experience across the full life cycle of several construction projects, including supervision of the project and staff/operatives.

* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and plan effectively.
* Ability to drive projects forward, maintain a high standard of work, and overcome barriers while solving problems efficiently.
* Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
