Corporate Receptionist
Location: Putney, London SW15
Pay: £13.85 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:30pm – 7:30pm
Duration: From 27/10/2025 to 06/11/2025
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join a busy front-of-house team in Putney. This temporary role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome and assist all visitors and building users
2. Handle queries via phone, email, and in person
3. Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented reception area
4. Manage visitor records and ensure security procedures are followed
5. Support general office duties and assist with deliveries
Candidate Profile:
6. Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
9. Proficient in using computers and managing workload effectively
10. Friendly, organised, and reliable
