The agency works closely with clients at every stage of the creative process, from concept and design through production to final delivery, ensuring campaigns are both visually compelling and commercially effective.
Role Overview
They are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Senior Designer to join their creative team. This role sits at the heart of the agency’s output, combining design excellence, innovative thinking, and collaborative execution. The Senior Designer will bring ideas to life, elevate creative work, and work confidently with colleagues and clients alike.
The role involves producing outstanding creative across Health & Beauty, Retail, FMCG, Experiential, Branding, OOH, and fully integrated 360 campaigns for some of the most recognisable consumer and entertainment brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute integrated design solutions for 2D and 3D BTL, POS, FMCG campaigns, presentations, and pitch documents.
* Produce compelling creative communication across 2D and 3D projects.
* Creatively manipulate and generate original key art and assets for Retail, Health & Beauty, and FMCG campaigns.
* Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all deliverables.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Push the boundaries of design and concept creation while balancing commercial realities.
* Conduct regular creative research to inform trends and inspire innovation.
* Contribute to strategic and big-picture creative thinking.
* Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines.
Experience & Expertise
* Proven agency experience within collaborative teams.
* Strong knowledge of FMCG, Retail, and POS design.
* Experience contributing to brainstorming sessions and presenting concepts to clients.
* Confident, proactive, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
Technical & Professional Skills
* High proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
* Essential experience with Cinema 4D, Redshift, and Blender.
* Strong project management and organisational skills; able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
* Pitch design experience.
* Comfortable with PowerPoint and Google Docs.
* Desirable skills include illustration, storyboarding, After Effects, and Figma.
