The Team and the Role The Senior Manager, Social Media Technologies will sit within Logitech’s Digital Office group, partnering tightly with marketing, brand, communications, and analytics to define how social channels and creator ecosystems are supported by platform capabilities. You will work with regional social leads, community and content teams, paid social, and creator/partner teams to turn social strategy into reliable, scalable platform features and measurable business outcomes. The Senior Manager, Social Media Technologies is responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing a roadmap, and delivering platform capabilities that power social listening, engagement, influencer/affiliate programs and creator commerce across Logitech’s brands and markets. In this role you will: Strategic Oversight & Vision Define the vision, roadmap, and strategy for Logitech’s suite of social media technologies in alignment with global digital transformation objectives. Prioritise features that enable paid & organic channel orchestration, creator commerce, community-first experiences, and moderation automation. Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, brand, and analytics teams to ensure these tools meet both business and user needs. Work directly with social content and community teams to translate channel-specific workflows (short-form video, livestream, creator programs) into product requirements. Lead the replatforming of social engagement, social care, and social listening technologies, ensuring the new systems are future-ready, scalable, and fully aligned with Logitech’s goals for customer engagement and operational excellence. Continuously evaluate emerging trends and advancements in the social media technology landscape to recommend tools and strategies that keep Logitech ahead of the curve. Examples of focus areas include short-form distribution, creator monetization and CRM, commerce integrations inside social channels, and AI-driven moderation/personalisation. Platform Management Oversee the deployment, customization, and optimization of Social Listening, Engagement, Affiliate, and Influencer Marketing platforms. Operationalise platform features that support creators and affiliates, campaign orchestration, and community moderation at scale. Ensure seamless integration of these platforms with each other and with other key systems (e.g., data lakes and our BI systems). Also ensure integrations with CRM, commerce systems, and ad platforms to enable campaign attribution and content-to-commerce journeys. Drive the end-to-end replatforming process for social engagement, care, and listening technologies, including vendor selection, evaluation, and integration, while meeting critical timelines and milestones. Continuously assess platform performance and identify opportunities to enhance functionality and usability. Prioritise improvements that reduce response times, improve sentiment detection, increase creator ROI, and enable measurable campaign-to-commerce attribution. Stakeholder Collaboration Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors, driving alignment on priorities and timelines. Regularly liaise with regional social leads, community managers, paid social teams, PR, legal (creator/influencer contracts), and creative production to ensure solutions reflect real-world workflows. Facilitate cross-departmental discussions to gather, refine, and prioritize platform requirements. Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and other key stakeholders. Translate technical tradeoffs into clear implications for campaign cadence, creator partnerships, and customer experience. Data-Driven Decision-Making Lead the implementation of robust analytics within these platforms to track performance metrics and support decision-making. Define social-specific KPIs such as response rate, sentiment trends, share of voice, creator ROI, engagement-to-conversion, and assisted conversion metrics. Ensure that the replatformed tools incorporate advanced analytics and insights capabilities to help track and enhance customer engagement. Monitor key social media KPIs to uncover actionable insights and influence platform improvements or campaign strategies. Use insights to inform content strategy, creator selection, moderation tuning, and paid media allocation. Training & Adoption Develop and deliver user enablement initiatives, including training and documentation, to drive adoption and consistent use of the tools across the organization. Create social playbooks, creator onboarding guides, moderation SOPs, and quick-reference templates tailored for regional and country teams. Advocate for the value of social media technologies, ensuring users understand the capabilities and potential business impact of each platform. Performance Monitoring Establish clear KPIs and benchmarks for the success of each platform and regularly report results to leadership. Include SLAs for response times, CSAT for social care, creator program ROI, and funnel metrics tying social activity to business outcomes. Identify and act on opportunities to align social media technology performance with broader business objectives and customer engagement goals. Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: Key Competencies Proven experience in social media technologies with product ownership or technology management track record Strong ability to translate business needs into technology solutions and strategies. Proven success in driving synergies between social engagement, social care, and listening tools. Exceptional project leadership and priority-setting skills, especially in complex, fast-paced environments. Proven experience in driving large-scale platform replatforming projects or similar initiatives end-to-end. Analytical mindset with a focus on turning data into meaningful insights and actions. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams. Deep understanding of social media, affiliate, and influencer marketing ecosystems. Required Qualifications Hands-on knowledge of platforms like Brandwatch, Khoros, Impact Radius, CreatorIQ, or equivalent systems. Experience leading technology implementation and replatforming projects and driving adoption within large organizations. Familiarity with digital campaign measurement, attribution, and reporting concepts. Preferred Qualifications 10 years of experience in marketing technology or related fields, ideally in global, matrix-driven organizations. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or Technology-related disciplines. Expertise in Agile or Scrum practices; Product Management certifications (e.g.,CSPO, PO/PM, CAP, ICP-APO) are highly desirable. Experience managing diverse vendors as part of a replatforming process.
