Role Overview
In this role, you will:
Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with ASC
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies
Foster a safe, consistent, and engaging classroom environment
Track pupil progress and adjust teaching methods to meet individual goals
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Proven experience teaching children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
Knowledge of strategies such as TEACCH, PECS, or Makaton is highly desirable
A calm, flexible, and innovative approach to teaching
A strong commitment to inclusive and child-focused education
