The role will involve managing the full consultation process, providing relevant templates, and overseeing the process end to end. Scope of Work Manage the change of working hours from standard days to shift work Run the full consultation process for approximately 40 employees Lead and facilitate consultation meetings Meet with technical teams who are predominantly site-based Manage the full process through to completion The consultation process is expected to take approximately one month (or just over).
