About the Role:
As Social Media Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day organic social activity across multiple client accounts. You’ll craft engaging content calendars, write on-brand copy, and work closely with creatives, strategists and paid specialists to deliver impactful, performance-driven campaigns. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where you’ll have the opportunity to take creative risks, jump on trends and make your mark within a small, ambitious team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing and executing organic social strategies across multiple client accounts.
* Creating, updating and scheduling content calendars across platforms.
* Writing engaging, on-brand copy for a variety of clients and industries.
* Using basic design tools like Canva or Photoshop to create social content.
* Collaborating with internal teams to deliver performance-driven campaigns.
* Engaging with online communities and spotting real-time trends.
* Monitoring key metrics and producing regular performance reports.
* Managing multiple client accounts with care and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years’ experience managing social accounts across different industries.
* A confident, proactive individual who’s ready to hit the ground running.
* Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style per platform.
* Basic graphic design experience and a good eye for content presentation.
* Highly organised with excellent time and task management skills.
* An eye for detail — you spot typos and broken links a mile off.
* A reactive, agile mindset, able to turn content around quickly.
* A collaborative team player, comfortable owning projects and deadlines.
* Knowledge of social analytics tools and reporting.
* Experience working directly with clients and handling feedback.
* An eye for short-form video content and knowledge of what performs.
* Performance marketing or paid social experience (not essential).

Location:
This role is based on the edge of Glasgow City Centre, with a requirement to be in the office a minimum of once per week. It’s preferred you’re based in or around Glasgow.
