The Technical Lead, known internally as the Technical Training Delivery Lead for Wastewater, is responsible for delivering operational technical training programmes aimed at improving the skills and capabilities of operational teams.
The successful candidate will create and deliver function-specific learning solutions that demonstrate to regulators that teams are trained and competent to a minimum standard.
Day-to-day responsibilities include face-to-face practical and classroom training delivery, updating learning systems and reports, standardising training content, conducting assessments, and providing 1:1 technical coaching.
Through partnership with internal and external stakeholders, the Technical Training Delivery Lead will coordinate expertise into appropriate training solutions, ensuring Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) is embedded in session delivery models.
The role requires an enthusiastic and engaging individual who is an effective communicator with a passion for sharing and embedding knowledge.
This role will also involve undertaking a qualification that provides an Assessor Award.
To be successful, you should have:
