Mission
As Area Sales Manager UK, you will be responsible for the South-West UK and Ireland region, where you will build strong plans and implement them in order to increase sales revenue through the existing Official Dealers (OD) network in your sales area.
Using the market intelligence collected, the Area Sales Manager OD will play a critical role in expending the OD network finding the right partners while being a brand ambassador.
Main responsibilities
* Develop a clear market strategy, based on company priorities and growth perspective, translated in a clear, detailed and challenging action plan to increase sales volumes.
* Continue to grow sales within our textile decorator community emphasising our brands and image to build sound relations as a quality and reliable partner.
* Understanding our growth perspective, continue to develop our network by finding and choosing potential new partners that will adhere to our project and will reinforce our business model.
* Understand market dynamics, competitors and future trends and feed them back to Stanley/Stella HQ to maintain and increase our agility to respond to the customer needs.
* Be and act as an ambassador of our project, philosophy and values towards our community of existing and new dealers.
* Closely collaborate with all departments that will be in touch with our community to ensure excellent customer experience.
Your profile
* Relevant experience in Sales (account management and business development)
* Experience in textile industry or printing industry (B2B)
* Languages : Fluent in English, second European languages is an asset
* Knowledge of IT tools
* Negotiation & Communication skills
* Ability to easily connect to people
* Emotional Intelligence
* Business acumen
* Ready to travel 60 to 80% of the time
