Justteachers is looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in the Clitheroe area on a long-term basis. This full-time role is set to begin in September, with shortlisting currently underway.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) on a one-to-one or small group basis.
2. Assisting the class teacher in adapting learning materials to meet individual student needs.
3. Encouraging the social, emotional, and academic development of students with SEND.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
1. Experience working with children with SEND in a school or specialist setting.
2. A caring and patient approach to supporting students with additional needs.
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
4. Two recent references from an educational setting.
