Speech & Language Therapy Clinical Support Worker Join our team as a Speech & Language Therapy Clinical Support Worker at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust .
About the Role Are you passionate about supporting a diverse community and enhancing children's speech, language, and communication skills? We are a dedicated, innovative, and supportive team working to improve outcomes for children and families across Bradford. You will work directly with children, families, nursery, and school staff, managing your own time while receiving support and specialist training from our team of Speech and Language Therapists.
This role includes opportunities to develop your skills in specialist areas, including supporting children with eating and drinking difficulties after relevant training. You will also have the chance to work with our Youth Justice Team, supporting children and young people involved with the criminal justice system.
Key Responsibilities Supporting assessment and intervention activities under supervision
Carrying out therapy programmes independently post-training
Producing resources to support young people and professionals
