Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 FTE depending on experience

You’ll take ownership of key events, shaping standout participant experiences, while working closely with the head of community and events to drive income, grow participation and build long‑term relationships. Responsibilities
* Take ownership of key fundraising events to increase income and participation.
* Shape participant experiences and lead event teams.
* Collaborate with the head of community and events on strategy and financial targets.
* Recruit, coach and develop event staff and volunteers.
* Ensure events meet recruitment, income and quality objectives.
