We're looking for an accomplished Campaign / Account Manager to join a world class, multichannel marketing services business, known for helping a wide range of international brands to communicate effectively with consumers through a wide range of eye-catching display innovations.
Reporting to the Account Director, the successful applicant will work on a number of key accounts in the Health and Beauty sector. You'll collaborate with brands and retailers on creative solutions, linked to printed production of semi-permanent cardboard displays, including FSDU's, shelf edge furniture, and other in-store displays that create theatre and improve consumer engagement.

As Creative Campaign / Account Manager, you'll have the following duties and responsibilities:
* Liaising directly with the customer to take creative briefs for print projects
* Creating critical paths, calculating costing, and briefing jobs into the creative studio
* Managing the proofing cycle through to hand over to the production teams
* Delivering creative projects from initial brief through to final completion, within budget and deadline and to the highest standard
* Identifying, prioritising, and managing conflicts between cost, time and quality
* Attending client briefing and presentation meetings alongside other client team members
* Engaging with Account Directors and Project Managers to ensure project objectives are achievable and meet quality standards
* Continuously keeping informed of emerging trends and market conditions
We're looking for a Creative Account Manager with the following skills and experience:
* Extensive experience of carrying out an Account Management or Campaign Management role involving the coordination of 3D POS projects, ideally for major brands and / or retailers
* Good understanding of print production process for 3D printed point of sale such as FSDU's, Trays, Count top units, and in store theatre
* Strong project management skills, with examples of having successfully delivered a range of creative projects which generated excellent client feedback
* IT proficient, with advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
* Experience of working effectively with people – particularly in terms of briefing, estimating and efficiently managing internal studio and production resources
