The Role:
* Leading on a broad range of Commercial Litigation matters, including high-value and complex disputes
* Advising on commercial contract disputes and wider business conflicts
* Handling shareholder, partnership, and director disputes
* Acting on restrictive covenant and defamation matters
* Supporting international arbitration work where required
* Managing client relationships across a diverse portfolio, including corporates and public sector bodies
* Driving business development activity, including networking and building a sustainable pipeline
* Playing a key role in the growth and strategic development of the Leicester disputes team
The Candidate:
* An experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor operating at Partner level, or a Legal Director / Senior Associate ready to step up
* Strong technical expertise across a wide range of commercial disputes
* A proven or developing client following, with the ability to generate work and build a sustainable pipeline
* Commercially driven, with the ambition to play a leading role in growing the practice
* Experience gained within a reputable regional, national, or international firm
* Ambitious and motivated, with a clear interest in progression towards Equity Partnership
