Commercial Litigation Lawyer – Cambridgeshire (5+ PQE). Job Ref: 8345
The Role
* Advising clients on a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, property litigation, contentious probate, construction disputes, debt recovery and partnership disputes.
* Managing own caseload and taking responsibility for litigation from inception to settlement or trial.
* Engaging in business development and networking to grow the practice.
The Candidate
* Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience covering the full remit of commercial litigation matters.
* Excellent reputation for advising on all types of commercial litigation within an established practice.
* Strong business development skills.
