About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced solicitors and legal professionals, supporting a diverse range of property transactions. You’ll gain exposure to both standard and specialist conveyancing matters, with opportunities to develop your expertise in areas such as:
* Assents of legal title and beneficial shares in property
* Sales and purchases of beneficial shares
* Applications for registration of registered and unregistered land
* SDLT returns and property gifting
* Trust Registration Service requirements
* Updating legal title and trustee information
* Forms DJP and SEV, and address updates
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in residential conveyancing (freehold and leasehold preferred)
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
* A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
* Strong organisational and time management skills
