Responsibilities
* Drive performance and hit goals, setting the tone and vibe.
* Build, coach, and motivate a strong team, raising standards.
* Own KPIs and ensure consistent delivery every shift.
* Maintain operational efficiency: rosters, stock, reporting, and compliance.
* Deliver an unforgettable guest experience and turn first‑timers into regulars.
Qualifications
* Experience managing teams and driving results.
* Strong leadership: ability to bring out the best in people and handle challenging conversations.
* Excellent communication and ability to create a culture where everyone feels seen.
* Experience running a tight, efficient, and compliant operation, even during busy periods.
