Who We're Looking For We'd love to hear from Design Managers who have: A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related discipline), ideally with Chartered Engineer status. Proven on-site delivery experience within data centres or other mission-critical environments. A strong understanding of design governance, risk management, and change control processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – comfortable collaborating across design, client, and delivery teams. Why join us?
