Are you passionate about finance technology and excited by transformation? We’re looking for a Finance Systems Analyst to join our Finance IT team as we transition from Microsoft GP to Workday. This role offers a chance to shape the future of our finance systems during a major, multi-country transformation program.

What you’ll be doing:
* Leading enhancements to finance systems and refining finance processes (Workday focus)
* Supporting end-to-end delivery of ERP projects, including data migration and training
* Partnering with internal finance and technology teams, as well as third-party providers
* Delivering ongoing change, development, and support across core finance areas including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Tax, and Treasury
* Creating training materials and user documentation
* Driving continuous improvement through technical upgrades and smarter ways of working
* Ensuring robust control and governance, including change control and testing
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience in finance ERP implementations, ideally with Workday
* Hands-on knowledge of data migration, UAT, integrations, and process design
* A keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
* Tech-savvy and solutions-oriented with strong analytical skills
It would be great if you also have:
* Experience in Workday Financials
* Knowledge of consolidation and intercompany accounting
* Technical skills (SQL, VBA, advanced Excel)
Location: This role is based in our modern Durham – Janet Nash House or Kenilworth – Georgina Mackie House. We operate a hybrid model, with a typical requirement of 3 days per week on-site, and flexibility around business needs. Travel to other sites may also be required.
