We provide recruitment services placing both permanent and contract people, working with globally renowned companies and SMEs. We also provide direct HSEQ consultancy support to our clients via in-house professionals.
What will you be doing
* Proactively develop new business with both new and existing clients across the Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Quality sectors, and negotiate strong terms of business.
* Work with clients to understand their needs and build a search process that suits them.
* Source, headhunt, and screen suitable candidates, to successfully match candidates to the client's requirements.
* Build your network of candidates and clients to become the go-to recruitment consultant in your sector, and always deliver a high level of service.
* Drive sales and work closely with your manager to identify ways to continue to excel and increase your earning potential.

* Previous recruitment experience (Permanent, Contract or Search)
* Exceptional people and influencing skills
* A track record of billing success
* Leadership qualities and/or potential
* High work ethic and a drive to succeed/self-motivated
* Great energy and an uplifting presence
