THE ROLE:
- You will advise clients that include property developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and financial institutions, providing clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused solutions.
- You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of property and transactional documents.
- Support colleagues and assist other departments where required.
- Play an active role in business development and firm:wide initiatives.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 1:4 Years PQE
- It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
