To continue our growth and expansion, we now require a truly exceptional, driven, and proven Assistant Store Manager to join our Flannels team in Barnsley.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maximise turnover to exceed required targets and identify opportunities to continually improve performance.
2. Manage and motivate the performance of the team to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.
3. Be a strong presence on the shop floor to drive sales both personally and through the team.
4. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
5. Ensure all team members have the tools and knowledge to deliver key business objectives.
6. Manage the presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock in line with Head Office directives.
7. Maintain awareness of current market trends, upcoming customer promotions, and monitor local competitors.
8. Ensure all paperwork, policies, and procedures are carried out efficiently and accurately.
9. Drive and deliver KPIs.
10. Perform additional duties as necessary within your role's responsibilities and accountability.
