Ability to produce well-structured written outputs and make recommendations. Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and tight reporting deadlines. Analytical problem-solving skills with a logical and methodical approach. Experience in reporting and compiling control assessment findings for governance forums. Proficient in assessing control design, creating/reviewing process maps, and overseeing remediation plans. Skilled in testing and documenting controls, evaluating results and tracking remediation. Experience in driving improvements through automation is an advantage. Disciplined in capturing evidence and maintaining clear work papers. Strong time management skills and ability to follow priorities set by others. Responsibilities: Conduct design effectiveness reviews of controls and work with the business to resolve control design failures. Perform operating effectiveness testing of controls and address root causes of control deficiencies. Provide guidance and best practice advice on internal control improvements to control owners. Support the business with their Risk and Control Self Assessments and improve the process application. Develop control indicators and measures to assess control effectiveness. Implement continuous monitoring practices and leverage data analytics. Assist in preparing management information and reporting findings to Executive and Board Committees.
