Your new role
Senior Account Executive - UKI
Location - London, England (Remote - must be based in the United Kingdom with the right to work).
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our expanding UKI Sales team and help us revolutionize the industry. In this role, you will collaborate with potential customers to understand their needs and objectives, and determine how Cognigy can assist them.
Responsibilities
* Acquiring new enterprise companies from all industries within the UKI region
* Building and maintaining an effective pipeline by self-directed prospecting, and working with internal Business Development Representative resources
* Developing, maintaining and reviewing territory plans to meet business goals
* Running full sales cycles from account planning and prospecting through discovery/qualification, contract negotiation and close
* Taking a consultative, value-centric approach with senior executives to map value, develop business cases, build ROI models and drive Digital Transformation conversations
* Coordinating responses to RFPs/RFIs
* Collaborating with BDRs, Presales, Marketing, Product, Finance and Leadership
* Representing Cognigy at trade fairs or events
* Preparing, presenting and conducting demos, presentations and customer meetings
* Using CRM effectively to track sales cycles and engagement

Requirements
About you
* You are an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive with a proven track record of selling SaaS within the wider Contact Center or Conversational AI environment
* You have a hunter mentality and are passionate about winning in a hyper-growth company
* You are confident navigating sales cycles with management levels (particularly SVP/C-Level)
* Strong organization and prioritization, capable in a remote environment
* Professional communication and a customer-centric, personable demeanour
* You can balance driving a sales cycle independently while leveraging internal resources
* You are comfortable leveraging a partner channel to support the sales process
