We’re seeking a Health & Safety Officer to join our team! Reporting to the HS Technical Manager, you will support a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. This hybrid role involves a mix of office-based work and remote work, focusing on delivering online health & safety support through our digital packages—helping clients stay safe, compliant, and confident in their daily operations.
Daily Responsibilities
* Provide digital H&S consultancy support, including SSIP application assistance, policy and RAMS creation, accident investigations, tender document guidance, COSHH creation, and general H&S advice via phone, email, and digital channels such as Teams and Skype.
* Serve as the primary contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients.
* Demonstrate and educate customers on the Safeworkforce software platform.
* Contribute to business improvements through technical input on proposals, quotations, development plans, and service enhancements.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in delivering technical services and have a good understanding of relevant legislation and best practices. They should be working towards or possess NEBOSH General or TechIOSH qualifications.
